This is good advice when it comes down to having something complicated to explain to someone. Most definitely it's a child. Now even listening to your child might help as well. You think they don't know what your thinking about, but I say again listen to your child. They may know a thing or too. (I.E. I wonder if anyone had seen the AT&T commercial where a gentleman was in a kindergarten (I think) class and the gentleman had asked the kids a simple question, that had something to do with technology, or customer service in some nature. And the kids gave answer that were silly, and funny but yet some of those made sense as well. And thats more of the point of this blog post.
