Copy someone’s idea

Find someone else who has created a solution you like, then copy it with your own style. As Jean-Luc Godard once said: "It's not where you take things from, it's where you take them to."

Yes as the title of this blog entry said "Copy someone's idea" is exactly that, copy it but don't mimic it. What I mean by this is take someone's idea, and then find ways that you can make it you own, and grow from that.

Remember the future

Sit down and try to "remember" a time in the future when you were done with your work. What did it feel like? How did you get there?

Remember when you had finished a project, work, or anything that you had been working hard to finish. Remember how accomplished you had felt afterwards. Try to get that feeling back. What did you do to get there?  And how hard did you work? Remeber those feelings and get it back somehow. It's all up to you to accomplish that.
