Think about senses

Write down some experiences you've had in life and the senses you relate to each. Focusing on past sense experiences can cue up memories or thoughts that can help you get back into the flow of creating.
Take a sheet of paper, and draw a line down the middle. And then on one half write down your experiences, and then on the other half write down what your feelings were at that time. This may trigger some ideas in your head, or even expand what already in your head now.

Forget about perfection

Ask yourself if you're simply fretting over being out of flow. If what you're working on isn't life or death, remind yourself that it's ok to be less than perfect in order to move forward (for now).
Ok I agree with most of this statement. But my only thing is that I would like to say is that if you have a vision of what you want to achieve, go ahead and achieve it. Because most of the time, no one has this vision but you and or whoever your working with.

Re evaluate

Ask yourself: "Should I really be focusing on this?" Doing so allows you to adjust your focus and see outside of the overall goal or objective of what you're doing, which can sometimes be foggy.
Re evaluate everything that you do. In regards to any project, or any problem that you come across. Look at what your focus is and try to stay true to throughout the project, or problem that you are trying to solve. Anytime that you feel that you are straying away from it, or take a break from it for a while. Always take notes during the process before you had to stop for anything. And this will be very important to you when it comes to looking back at the progress that was, or even being made for the project, or problem that you are trying to solve. So now since you have taken notes and everything, then look back and then re-evaluate everything and see if what you are doing is in the right track, or even on the wrong track. At least this way you, or even your co workers, or who even is working with you in this problem, or project that they can see what your thought process was, or is and then help you out the rest of the way if needed.

Plan it out

Create a list of at least 10 very basic things you can do to move forward with your project or struggle right now. Make them actionable and check each off as you go. Start now, don't wait.
With this creative idea, I believe that you should have a plan for everything. Be goal oriented about everything, not just for your projects but in life in general. Plan out your day everyday, plan out how you are going to pay your bills, plan out what you're having for lunch. You shouldn't even start a project without having a plan. But yet if you do all this that I have mentioned, then only thing  that you're doing is planing how to get out of your rut that you're in at the moment. My way that I would plan for when you are in a rut in your progress to finish your project, job, or whatever the problem maybe. You should do a cause & an effect plan, see what will happen if you do this, and what would happen if you do that. Look at all your apples, and oranges before making any kind of decision, and see if whatever that you decides is worth doing.
