Stretch it out

Stretching allows both your mind and your body to relax and release tension that may be constricting your thinking, literally. Take five minutes to really stretch, then another 10 minutes to relax, then get back into the flow.
Yes this a great idea to do stretching, and giving yourself breaks helps out on your projects, and creativity. Just like the statement had said up above yes take short breaks in between. But yet you may have to take longer breaks, but yet don't lose site of what you're trying to accomplish in your project, or assignment whatever it may be.

Quit worrying

Rather than trying to get into the creative flow, what if you just relaxed and focused on doing some work? What if you simply let your creativity flow naturally, when it's ready?
I agree with this creativity tip, like another blog post that I had. keeping yourself occupied will usually for at least for me will put a  strike a spark in your creativity. But the thing is if you know that you are gonna good idea, or make something happening in a good way with your creativity then don't worry about it. It will happen it. Believe in yourself, and it will come.

Break Routine

Routines dull how stimulating things around us are. By breaking routine you are introducing new sensations and possibly ideas into your thinking. Change your routine and be prepared for new creative stimulation. I can never sit still on one idea, I like having  distractions to break my concentration. This actually breaks my thoughts up. I get refreshed, reenergized to pursue on with whatever goal, or project that I was doing. So my advice is to do the same.
